To support its operation, we are looking for qualified and experienced individuals to join our team as :

HR Staff (HS-SSE)

Requirements :

* Minimum Bachelor Degree from Psychology / Management / Industrial Engineering or any relevant disciplines.
* Minimum 3 years work experience as HR Staff in a university or college.
* Having experience in administrative and secretarial works.
* Having experience in Human Resources Services area such as Employee Administration, Personnel Database, Insurance, Overtime, Leave, etc.
* Familiar in handling lecturer administration and documentation in regards to fulfill requirements for Diknas, Dikti and Kopertis.
* Having experience in handling lecturer’s administration such as lecturer’s academic grade and lecturer evaluation.
* Good proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
* Excellent communication skill.
* Excellent administrative skill.
